My thoughts
I just one day prior to Trance Energy 2009 I turned 19 and saw Watchmen in the cinema with my brother. The next day I was in the Jaarbeurs Utrecht, getting my copy of this compilation signed by Piet & Benno: I shook their hands and thanked them for their amazing music. Afterward I had one of the best nights of my life. When it was finally time for Piet to hit the decks on the High Contrast Stage I could not contain my excitement. One of the three best sets I ever attended followed. Then Benno popped up out of the blue and they treated us to a short live act!!
The next day I put on this compilation and relived my first ever Trance/Electronic Music party. I can not for the life of me give an unbiased review of this compilation for the memories that are tied to it overpower rationality. One of the most important pieces of my collection.
