* "Beats At Rank-1 Dotcom" was chosen as the anthem for the 12th edition of Trance Energy which was held back in March 2005 at the Jaarbeurs Utrecht in The Netherlands. * Beats At Rank-1 was Rank 1's first anthem for Trance Energy, and their fifth official anthem overall. Their previous anthems and themes include "Airwave" (Innercity 1999), "Superstring (Rank 1 Remix)" (Sensation 2000), "Such Is Life" feat. Shanokee (Sensation 2001), and "The Anthem 2003" (Sensation White 2003). * This EP marked the end of the Classic Euphoric Anthem Trance style that made Rank 1 known across the globe: it was the first of many radical soundshifts to come down the years, leading to many innovative floorbangers from he guys! * Rank 1 performed live at Trance Energy for the third time in 2005; They previous played at the 2002 edition for the promotion of their debut album Symonic and before that they performed at the 2000 edition. * Benno de Goeij was behind the vocals in "After Me"! He's not credited but if you've heard his voice-overs in Rank 1's Radio Rush or interviews in which he speaks in English, you will recognize it's him!
