| * In September 2006, on the eve of what would have been his 60th Birthday, EMI released the tribute compilation Lover Of Life, Singer Of Songs honoring the legendary Freddie Mercury. It contained previously unreleased songs, a documentary ("The Untold Story") as well as new and old remixes of the originals. One of the remixers asked were Piet and Benno who have in the past revealed they are big fans of Queen! * The boys decided to honor Freddie in two distinct flavors; Rank 1's Extended Vocal Mix offered a trademark catchy and synth Rank 1 hook built around Freddie's powerful vocals whilst the Rank 1 Dub Mix opted for a more Stripped Down Techy experience, chopping Freddie's vocals up and sprinkling them all over the track.
